"Got my pack in the mail today. I've usually got around 30 different hot sauces in my pantry at any given time and I have to honestly say these are right up there with the best.

The Carolina's my favourite. A lot of sauces of that style are just heat/salt/sour and little else by way of flavour. The desert lime in this one makes a big difference and really helps balance it out (Gotta put in a special mention too for whoever did your impressive packaging!).
